AsprantMitraa ("we", "our", "us") operates exam preparation products including adaptive mock tests, syllabus trackers, live classes, and analytics dashboards. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard personal information belonging to students, mentors, institutes, and website visitors.

• Account Data: name, email, phone number, exam preferences, institute affiliation, authentication identifiers (including Google OAuth).
• Learning Data: mock test attempts, question level responses, accuracy and speed metrics, streaks, leaderboard participation, mentor feedback.
• Payment Data: limited transaction identifiers supplied by our payment processors. We do not store full card or UPI details.
• Device & Usage Data: anonymised IP address, browser type, operating system, device model, session duration, crash reports, cookies/SDK signals required for analytics and fraud prevention.

3. How We Use Information

• Deliver adaptive mock tests, personalised syllabus missions, leaderboards, and mentor interventions.
• Provide institutes with cohort dashboards when they have procured an enterprise subscription.
• Send exam alerts, product announcements, transactional emails, and support responses.
• Improve question quality, difficulty calibration, and recommendation models using aggregated analytics.
• Detect cheating, impersonation, and platform misuse.
