AsprantMitraa Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of AsprantMitraa's exam preparation platform, including mock tests, analytics, and coaching tools.

1. Acceptance of Terms

AsprantMitraa ("we", "our", "us") provides exam preparation products including adaptive mock tests, live classes, syllabus trackers, analytics dashboards, and coaching partner services. By creating an account or accessing any AsprantMitraa product, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Accounts & Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old. Parents/guardians are responsible for learners under 18.
  • Provide accurate profile details. We may suspend accounts with false or incomplete information.
  • Keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
  • Google/OAuth sign-in users agree to the respective provider's terms.

3. Products & Subscriptions

  • Premium mock packs, live cohorts, or add-ons may require payment. Prices are shown in-app and may vary by region.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Refunds: A 7-day satisfaction window applies if you have completed fewer than three premium mocks. Raise a ticket inside the app to request a refund.
  • We may run pilots or beta features. Access can change or be revoked at any time.

4. User Conduct

  • Do not attempt to bypass scoring systems, impersonate others, or share leaked exam content.
  • Maintain respectful behaviour towards mentors and learners inside forums, doubt rooms, and live sessions.
  • Report issues through in-app support. We may take disciplinary action, including suspension or termination, for policy breaches.

5. Intellectual Property

AsprantMitraa owns the platform, question banks, analytics, and brand assets. Learners own their personal notes, feedback, and uploaded resources, but grant AsprantMitraa a licence to host and display them for exam preparation.

6. Coaching Partners & Institutes

  • Institutes using AsprantMitraa Enterprise must only upload original or licensed content.
  • AsprantMitraa may display partner branding, leaderboards, and analytics to enrolled learners.
  • Partners are responsible for communications with their own learners unless otherwise agreed.

7. Community & Forum Guidelines

  • Use the forum to discuss exams, preparation strategy, and academic growth.
  • Avoid harassment, spam, or unauthorised promotions.
  • Cred points and badges reflect community reputation. We may adjust or revoke them for misuse.

8. Payments & Taxes

All payments are processed through trusted gateways (Razorpay, Stripe). Taxes are included where required. Receipts are issued automatically. AsprantMitraa is not responsible for currency conversion fees charged by your bank.

9. Limitation of Liability

AsprantMitraa provides preparation and analytics tools but does not guarantee exam success. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AsprantMitraa is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud, or misconduct. You can cancel anytime from settings; previous payments are non-refundable except as described in Section 3.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be announced in-app or via email. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
