At AspirantMitraa, we strive to provide the best exam preparation experience. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on purchases made through our platform via Razorpay.

More than 20% content accessed OR at least 1 mock test attempted

1. Overview

All payments on AspirantMitraa are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We accept various payment methods including UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets. This refund policy applies to all test series, courses, and subscription purchases made on our platform.

2. Refund Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

Usage Threshold: Less than 20% of the purchased content/syllabus has been accessed or completed.
Mock Test Limit: No mock test has been attempted from the purchased test series.
Time Window: Refund request must be raised within 7 days from the date of purchase.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will NOT be processed in the following cases:

  • You have accessed or completed more than 20% of the purchased content or syllabus.
  • You have attempted at least one (1) mock test from the purchased test series.
  • The refund request is made after 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • The purchase was made using a promotional offer, discount coupon, or special pricing (unless explicitly stated otherwise).
  • The subscription or test series has expired as per its validity period.
  • Account suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms of Service.

4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

Include your registered email, order ID, payment transaction ID, purchase date, and reason for refund.

Verification Process

Our team will verify your usage statistics and eligibility within 2-3 business days.

Refund Processing

If approved, refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

5. Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds are processed through Razorpay and will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Credit/Debit Card refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.
  • UPI and Net Banking refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days.
  • Wallet refunds may take 24-48 hours depending on the wallet provider.
  • Any applicable payment gateway charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription or purchase at any time. However, cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund. The refund eligibility criteria mentioned above will still apply. Upon cancellation:

  • Access to the purchased content will continue until the end of the current billing period.
  • No further charges will be made for recurring subscriptions.
  • Any unused credits or benefits will expire at the end of the subscription period.

7. Disputes & Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving issues promptly and fairly. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

  • Suspension or permanent termination of your AspirantMitraa account.
  • Collection proceedings for the disputed amount plus applicable fees.
  • Reporting to fraud prevention databases.

8. Modifications to This Policy

AspirantMitraa reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. We recommend reviewing this policy periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
